Indianapolis Colts quarterback Daniel Jones exited Sunday's game with the Jacksonville Jaguars early with an Achilles injury.

After being nominated as the Indianapolis Colts' Walter Payton Man of the Year, CB Kenny Moore II explained where he gets his philanthropic spirit.

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — The Indianapolis Colts are in a rough stretch, losing three of their last four games, but their most significant loss of the season may have come on Sunday in Jacksonville.

Near the end of the first quarter, quarterback Daniel Jones dropped back and hobbled as he delivered a throw to his right side. Jones then sat down and grabbed at the back of his lower right leg, slamming his helmet multiple times on the ground as he was tended to by trainers.

Jones was helped to the sideline and into the blue medical tent briefly before going to the locker room, where he was quickly ruled out with an Achilles injury.

Rookie sixth-round pick Riley Leonard replaced Jones in the game, as Anthony Richardson Sr. remains on Injured Reserve with an eye injury.

Jones entered the game in his third week dealing with a fractured left fibula.
