The Indianapolis Colts have made a couple of roster tweaks ahead of their regular-season kickoff on Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens. On Saturday, they announced they elevated cornerback Kenneth Harris from the practice squad to the active roster for Sunday's game and downgraded Austin Ajiake (hamstring) from questionable to out.

Harris will revert to the practice squad after the game.

Ajiake practiced on Wednesday and Thursday, but missed Friday due to his injury. He was the only Colts player who still carried an injury designation by Friday afternoon.

At linebacker on Sunday, the Colts will have available Akeem Davis-Gaither, Jaylon Carlies, CJ Allen, Bryce Boettcher, and Tahj Chambers.

Otherwise, the biggest injury news for the Colts is about getting back players who spent much or all of 2025 injured: quarterback Daniel Jones, defensive tackle DeForest Buckner, cornerbacks Sauce Gardner, Charvarius Ward Sr., and Justin Walley, safety Hunter Wohler, and kicker Spencer Shrader.

Wide receiver Alec Pierce, who missed nearly all of the offseason while recovering from ankle/heel surgery, returned to practice a few weeks ago and is good to go for Sunday.

Rookie safety A.J. Haulcy, who recently missed two weeks with an ankle injury, practiced all week this week and is also cleared for Sunday.

Harris (6'0", 192, 24) went undrafted this year out of Oklahoma State (2023-25) after transferring from Arkansas State (2020-22). In 59 career games (29 starts), he played 2,269 snaps on defense and totaled 113 tackles (6.5 for loss), 1.0 sack, three interceptions, and 28 pass breakups.

He was also a mainstay on special teams throughout his career, playing 485 snaps in six years.

At cornerback on Sunday, the Colts will have Gardner, Ward, Walley, Johnathan Edwards, Kapena Gushiken, and Harris available. Cam Taylor-Britt is currently serving a one-game suspension for violating the league's personal conduct policy following a 2025 arrest for reckless driving and is slated to return in Week 2.

RAVENS UPDATES

The Ravens will be without linebacker Teddye Buchanan (knee) and defensive tackle Nnamdi Madubuike (neck), and wide receiver Devontez Walker (groin) is listed as questionable. All three players were listed as limited practice participants all week.

On Saturday, the Ravens announced that they elevated linebacker Carl Jones and wide receiver Chris Moore from the practice squad to the active roster for Sunday's game. They also released cornerback Ladarius Webb Jr. from the practice squad and signed linebacker Jamon Johnson to the practice squad.

The Colts host the Ravens on Sunday at Lucas Oil Stadium at 1:00 p.m. ET on CBS.
