The Indianapolis Colts gained some positive momentum from Friday's practice injury report ahead of Sunday morning's matchup with the Washington Commanders.

Not only was top blocking tight end Mo Alie-Cox (illness) removed from the injury report, but wide receiver/special teams ace Ashton Dulin (ankle) was listed as questionable after missing the last two games. On the flip side, wide receiver Keenan Allen (groin) is also questionable.

The Commanders don't carry the same injury fortune, listing two players as questionable and four as out, including starting quarterback Jayden Daniels (elbow).

The Commanders left the United States on Tuesday to give them more time to acclimate and have a mostly full week of practice, though they conducted a walkthrough on Wednesday.

The Colts had practices on Wednesday and Thursday, left Indianapolis on Thursday evening and then also conducted a walkthrough on Friday. Per the team, "The Colts conducted a walk-through on Friday. Friday's practice report is only an estimation of a player's participation if there was a practice."

Here is how both teams' health is shaping up ahead of Sunday's matchup.

COLTS

  • Did Not Participate — TE Mo Alie-Cox (illness), WR Ashton Dulin (ankle)
  • Limited Participant — WR Keenan Allen (rest), LB Akeem Davis-Gaither (knee), RB Jonathan Taylor (rest), CB Charvarius Ward Sr. (rest)

  • Did Not Participate — WR Keenan Allen (rest, groin)

QUESTIONABLE — WR Keenan Allen (groin), WR Ashton Dulin (ankle)

OUT — None

No players being listed out is certainly a positive sign, but that doesn't mean that Allen and/or Dulin won't ultimately be made inactive. Dulin has been out for the last two games and replaced on offense by Laquon Treadwell and in the kickoff return game by Anthony Gould.

If Allen can't play, Josh Downs would likely receive a heavier workload, but otherwise be replaced by any combination of Treadwell, Dulin, Deion Burks, or potential practice-squad call-up Nick Westbrook-Ikhine.

FRIDAY

  • Did Not Participate — G Sam Cosmi (concussion, throat), S Nick Cross (illness), RB Rachaad White (shoulder)
  • Limited Participant — G Nick Allegretti (hip), QB Jayden Daniels (left elbow), DT Javon Kinlaw (shoulder), LB Frankie Luvu (groin), TE Chig Okonkwo (hamstring), DE Charles Omenihu (ankle), G Lucas Patrick (foot), TE Ben Sinnott (rib)

QUESTIONABLE — S Percy Butler (concussion), WR Terry McLaurin (hamstring)

OUT — G Sam Cosmi (concussion, throat), S Nick Cross (illness), QB Jayden Daniels (elbow), RB Rachaad White (shoulder)

Former Colts strong safety Cross was ruled out already coming into the week, so he unfortunately won't get a chance to face his old team. Likewise, the team's starting right guard, Cosmi, didn't travel with the team either.

Daniels practiced this week in a limited fashion but ultimately is not ready to go. He'll be replaced by Marcus Mariota.

McLaurin's status is a big one to monitor as Washington's top receiver.

The Colts and Commanders face off on Sunday at 9:30 a.m. ET on NFL Network in London at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
