The Indianapolis Colts suffered one of their most notable losses in recent memory on Sunday, relinquishing a two-score lead in the second half to lose to the previously winless Tennessee Titans, 26-20.

Offense, defense, and special teams all share the burden in this one, as there were critical mistakes made in all three phases.

As we dig into the playing time for individual players, here are some things to note.

Backup quarterback Anthony Richardson Sr. and third running back DJ Giddens were both active, but did not play.

Linebacker Jaylon Carlies (ribs), wide receiver Ashton Dulin (hamstring), emergency quarterback Riley Leonard, interior offensive lineman Dalton Tucker, and tight end Tyler Warren (groin) were all inactive.

Treadwell is in his 11th year, but his 77 snaps on Sunday are the most he's ever played in a game, leading all receivers.

With Warren out with a groin injury, the Colts leaned on the rest of the tight end group as a whole, as the other four, Mallory, Alie-Cox, Ogletree, and Brown, all saw action. Mallory made his season debut after beginning the season on Injured Reserve with a thumb injury.

As he gets more comfortable and effective, Burks is playing more on both offense and special teams. His 10 special-teams snaps on Sunday were a single-game high.

Brown played seven special teams snaps in his season debut.

It's noteworthy that Mallory did not play any special teams snaps, making it questionable how much of a role he will have moving forward when Warren returns.
