Germaine Pratt spoke to the media after signing with the Indianapolis Colts.

On the latest episode of the Locked On Colts podcast on the Locked On Podcast Network, hosts Zach Hicks and Jake Arthur discuss recent significant Indianapolis Colts roster moves, the team's initial injury report for Week 6, and discuss how the Colts got to the top of the AFC.

The Colts signed free-agent linebacker Germaine Pratt on Wednesday, putting an end to a move that's been speculated since February. What should Colts fans expect from the veteran linebacker? In a corresponding move, the Colts placed linebacker Joe Bachie on Injured Reserve.

Meanwhile, the Colts also placed kicker Spencer Shrader on IR, ending his season following a severe knee injury. To replace him, the Colts signed veteran kicker Michael Badgley, who is now in his third separate stint with the Colts.

On the injury report, wide receiver Alec Pierce (concussion) returned to practice but is still in the NFL's concussion protocol. Slot cornerback Kenny Moore II (Achilles) isn't practicing yet, but the team has begun working him out. Nose tackle Grover Stewart (biceps) avoided the severity of an injury that often keeps players out for weeks or months, returning to practice in full on Wednesday.

The Colts sit atop the AFC (and league) standings with their 4-1 record. Why is the team in this position -- what's been working so well? Who have the main standouts been?

With 12 games remaining on the Colts' schedule, what should expectations be? Could the Colts actually be a 12 or 13-win team?

The Colts host the Arizona Cardinals at 1:00 p.m. E.T. on Sunday at Lucas Oil Stadium. The game can be viewed on FOX.
