The Cowboys' offense is one of the best in football, but could the unit produce three 1,000-yard receivers?
We know that the Dallas Cowboys' offense entering the 2026 season is again poised to be one of the best units in football.
Exactly where you have them ranked is neither here nor there, but Brian Schottenheimer's group has talent everywhere.
CeeDee Lamb, George Pickens, Ryan Flournoy, Jake Ferguson and Javonte Williams are the prime movers for Dak Prescott.
With Lamb and Pickens both surpassing 1,000-yards last season, the thought is that the duo will again roll past that mark in 2026.
But could another join them?
We know that was the talk when Dallas had Lamb, Michael Gallup, and Amari Cooper, but it never materialized.
So, could the up-and-coming Flournoy be the one to make it three in 2026?
CeeDee think so.
"He is a guy," Lamb said. "The way he's developed, I want to say seven, eight months, or really just later on in the season, you can see him really emerge and start feeling himself. Again, confidence is the main thing about this league, especially at the receiver position because you never know when your opp [opportunity] is going to come, but when it does, you want to cherish it and take advantage.
"So, I feel like he did a great job then, and then this offseason, his routes, he's crisped them up, he got a little juice to him, he got flavor, and he has confidence. He's an amazing talent. Looking forward to it. But he can be a thousand-yard receiver in this offense. For sure."
Given Flournoy's emergence last season, as he posted 475 yards from 40 receptions, now he is stepping up into the WR3 role, and the expectations are bigger for "Flo."
The last team to have three 1,000-yard receivers was the Arizona Cardinals in 2008, with Larry Fitzgerald, Anquan Boldin, and Steve Breaston, with each having at least 77 receptions on the year.
That is a lot of the offensive workload, and with Williams as the running back, Jaydon Blue too, along with Ferguson, I wonder if there will be enough balls to go around for the Cowboys to have three 1,000-yard receivers.
Still, it is a feather in the cap of Flournoy to have CeeDee speak of him so highly.
He made his name last season as a bit-part player, but now he's coming into camp with a lofty goal set by his teammate.
Can he reach it? We're about to find out.
