We have been hearing of rumors that the Cowboys might be willing to trade up from the No. 12 pick in the NFL Draft, and there could be a couple of teams that might be interested.

The Dallas Cowboys' draft approach is going to be a fascinating watch as the franchise has two first-round picks at its disposal.

With the defense being an urgent need with both selections, the Cowboys have been mocked with just about every defensive player that could be seen as a difference-maker.

But at No. 12, there is a chance that most, if not all, of the Cowboys' top draft targets could be off the board.

So that creates a sticky situation, which would likely see the Cowboys trade back.

But over the past 48 hours, we have heard rumbles that the Cowboys could be looking to trade up from No. 12.

Color us intrigued.

We aren't talking about moving up to No. 3 as some thought with the Arizona Cardinals, as Dallas would need to give up nearly all of its early draft capital, but what about others after Arizona?

The Landry Hat's Marcus Mosher has listed three teams he thinks could be potential trade-up partners with the Cowboys in a thought-provoking exercise.

The Tennessee Titans at No. 4, with Mosher thinking Dallas gives up picks No. 12, No. 20, and No. 152 in return for No. 4 and No. 66.

The Cleveland Browns at No. 6, with the Cowboys sending the same package as above, for No. 6 and No. 39.

Lastly, the Kansas City Chiefs are at No. 9, with Dallas giving up No. 12 and No. 92 (third round) to move up three spots.

Moving up to No 4 isn't something I personally see as doable for Dallas, considering you are giving up both first-round picks, plus more, to potentially get Arvell Reese or  David Bailey.

The Browns scenario interests me, as the Cowboys keep No. 20 and move up to No. 6 to pick between David Bailey, Sonny Styles, or Mansoor Delane, as Mosher wrote.

As for the Chiefs scenario, I feel like that would be an option if all of Dallas' top defensive picks are flying off the board and the Cowboys have a strong need to take one who is still available ahead of the Cincinnati Bengals, who pick at No. 10.

So they are all viable, but for me, moving up with the Browns or Chiefs is the most logical. I just don't like the idea of parting ways with two first-round picks to move up to No. 4, given the number of holes the defense has.
