FRISCO - The Dallas Cowboys, when it comes to NFL free agency shopping, are obsessed with “value.’’ … when I’ve argued they should emphasize “quality.’’
As I’ve put it, “The other team buys a Ferrari at sticker price, it’s going to out-race the Cowboys’ budget-buy beater.’’
