The top of Dallas' wide receiver depth chart is as good as there is in football, but behind them, is it good enough?

It is no secret that one of the Dallas Cowboys' biggest strengths in 2026 is its receiver room.

CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens are one of the best receiver tandems in football, and you could make a very compelling case that they should be No. 1.

But as we know, NFL teams can't survive on just one or two players; it takes a whole roster to get to where you want to go, and yes, CeeDee and George will do a lot of the heavy lifting, but then they need help.

And it is here where we take a look at Dallas' receiver room as a whole, and ask one question that could make some of Cowboys Nation be a little uneasy.

Is the receiver room behind them good enough?

Ryan Flournoy, who I am a big fan of, proved last season that he can be a dependable target for Dak Prescott, even on crucial third downs, and he now steps up into the WR3 role.

I'm not worried about Flo. But behind him?

Yes, I get it. I'm talking about the fourth receiver here, but looking at the depth chart, is there cause for concern if, say, Lamb goes down again or Pickens?

We have veteran Marquez Valdes-Scantling, rookie Anthony Smith, Jonathan Mingo, Traeshon Holden, and Tyler Johnson.

Those will be the ones tasked with stepping up if either Pickens or Lamb goes down.

So, is someone among that group good enough?

Even if one of Lamb or Pickens goes down, you still have the other as your No. 1 weapon, and that would elevate Flournoy to No. 2. Dallas is still in good shape.

But then who becomes WR3? And it is here where we get a little antsy.

Could it be MVS? He has skins on the wall, and is a dependable veteran, but he's hardly someone who can take over a game.

We wouldn't trust Mingo would we? Smith is a rookie, while Holden and Johnson are unknown commodities. I know it feels like I'm clutching at straws, but is Dallas' WR depth good enough?

The top of it is among the best in football, and Flo is a good No. 3 option, and who knows, maybe someone will ease this fear in training camp.

But if it doesn't? Are the Cowboys in good enough shape?
