Beyond the meme, a viral fan creation sparks a real-life locker room surprise, crowning Trevor Lawrence with a dazzling, gem-encrusted Jaguars salute.
Steezy Trev made his first appearance in the locker room of the victorious Jacksonville Jaguars following the team's upset win over the Broncos on Dec. 21 in Denver.
Jaguars Media staffers saw a fan's poster-board AI image of a rather shaggy Trevor Lawrence rocking a New Era team ball cap, sunglasses, a fully iced-out Cuban link chain with a filet-sized Jaguar-head pendant, and a sparkly set of gem-encrusted grillz.
They shot video to post on social media as they passed the poster around the locker room to have Lawrence and other Jags players admire and sign it.

"Imagine wearing those during a game," kicker Cam Little says. "What do you think? Upper 10? Bottom 10?"
"Nah, full set," adds badazz DE Josh Hines-Allen.
The Steezy Trev meme immediately caught fire, as Lawrence passed (and ran) into the team's and NFL record books; the Jaguars racked up wins and clinched the playoffs; and, on Sunday, routed division-rival Tennessee to win the AFC South title.
During the locker room celebration, with players still in uniform after the Jags locked up the No. 3 seed in the AFC playoffs, Jarrian Jones got the team's attention.
"I got something to say," the second-year cornerback out of Florida State said. Then facing Lawrence, he said, "Because we appreciate you so much for everything you do, I just want you to know all of Jacksonville's behind you.
"We know there's a meme that's kinda going viral, so we got you your own ..."
The gathered players' roar is deafening as Jones opens a square jewelry box and presents to Lawrence a full set of grillz.
And like Clark Kent coming out of a phone booth, transformed into Superman, Lawrence inserts his new grillz and ... out comes Steezy Trev.
As one Redditor said, "Dat boi Duval af."
The Jaguars will host the No. 6-seeded Buffalo Bills in a wild-card playoff next Sunday (1 p.m. ET, CBS).
