Here are three X-Factors for the New York Giants to win this week against the Arizona Cardinals.

The New York Giants are taking on the Arizona Cardinals this week, looking to move to 3-1 in the new season.

While the Giants did lose starting quarterback Jaxson Dart for the year, there is still hope of a potential playoff run. But the Giants will have to make sure that they win games like this against Arizona, taking care of more favorable matchups.

Here are three of the biggest X-Factors for New York to secure a win this week:

1. Hope Jameis Winston Gets More Comfortable

After Dart went down, Jameis Winston was named the starter for this team. Winston led the Giants to a win last week against the Tennessee Titans, but his performance wasn't overly inspiring.

Overall, the veteran quarterback threw for 118 yards with no touchdowns in the game against the Titans. New York is going to need more from Winston as the season goes on, especially if they want to make a postseason run.

The hope is that he will be much more comfortable in his second start, giving this team more of an offensive attack. If Winston can show out, the Giants could easily come away with a win over the Cardinals.

2. Feed Cam Skattebo

The Giants have played much better when they get the running game going, with Cam Skattebo being the featured back. Whenever Skattebo has been off the field, this team hasn't looked the same, making him one of the more important pieces on offense.

So far this season, Skattebo has rushed for 177 yards and one touchdown on the ground. While he hasn't been able to put together a breakout game, having Skattebo on the field gives New York a different type of offensive attack.

The second-year running back can change the game for the Giants against a shaky Arizona defense. New York will want to make sure that they feature him early and often, giving him the ball whenever called upon.

3. Slow Down Trey McBride

While this is much easier said than done, the Giants are going to need to figure out a way to contain Trey McBride. McBride is one of the best pass-catchers in the game, and he has the ability to be a true game-changer in any situation.

On the year, the Cardinals tight end has caught 26 passes for 211 yards and two touchdowns. If McBride is able to put together a strong game, it could be a long day for the Giants.

New York's defense will need to make sure that they know where he is at all times; otherwise, Arizona could come in to steal the win.
