Here are three X-Factors for the Green Bay Packers to win this week.

The 2026 season has been a house of horrors for the Green Bay Packers, with the team starting the year 1-2.

Green Bay's offense hasn't looked right at all, with the defense folding a little more than the team would like to see. The Packers will be taking on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers this week, looking to get back on track.

Here are three of the biggest X-Factors for the Packers to earn a win to get back to 2-2 on the season:

1. Offensive Line Protects Jordan Love

One of the biggest issues for the Packers this season has been the inability to protect quarterback Jordan Love. The offensive line has been a real problem for this team, and it hasn't allowed Love to do what he can on the field.

Love is a good enough player that he has still managed to get his yards, but against Tampa Bay, this will need to be a point of contention for Green Bay. If the Packers can protect Love, it could go a long way in helping them get a win.

The Tampa Bay defense has been prone to giving up yards this season, and the veteran quarterback will look to tear them up. Love is good enough to get this team a win, but his offensive line will need to help him out.

2. Contain Jalon Daniels

With the Buccaneers starting a rookie quarterback, this gives the Packers a favorable matchup. But given where the Packers are entering this game, anything can happen.

In college, Jalon Daniels did well at Kansas, showing a true ability to be a dual-threat quarterback. If the Packers can't pressure him early to get him out of a rhythm, Daniels does have the talent to make life tough on Green Bay.

With the Jayhawks last season, Daniels threw for 2,531 yards with 22 touchdowns and seven interceptions. Daniels also rushed for 404 yards and four touchdowns on the ground.

3. Get the Running Game Going

Since the season started, the Packers haven't had much of a running game to work with. This has caused major issues offensively, forcing Green Bay to be mainly a one-dimensional team.

With Josh Jacobs out, the Packers have been relying on back MarShawn Lloyd for the brunt of the rushing. For the season, Lloyd has recorded 68 yards and no touchdowns for Green Bay.

For the Packers to get the win against Tampa Bay, they will need to establish somewhat of a running game. This will also help out Love in the passing attack, opening more lanes for the star quarterback to use.
