The Green Bay Packers have to do something to get the rushing game going this season.

The Green Bay Packers enter Week 5 of the NFL season holding a record of 2-2 on the year, coming off a big win against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The 2026 season hasn't gone too well for the Packers, with the team struggling on both sides of the ball. But the offense has been a real issue for this team, namely in the rushing game.

Without starter Josh Jacobs, the Packers have struggled to field any sort of game on the ground, and it's hurt the team. Green Bay has tried to fix the running game by addressing the offensive line, but nothing has worked so far.

The offensive line has struggled too, limiting what star quarterback Jordan Love can do on the field. But as the year goes forward, the Packers will have to do something about the rushing attack; otherwise, this could be another wasted season for the franchise.

One move that the Packers could make is to look via the trade market for some help, and there are a few interesting options for Green Bay. NFL analyst Jordan Dajani of CBS Sports listed two running backs from the Tennessee Titans who could help the Packers.

Tony Pollard and Tyjae Spears were both mentioned, and either one of these players could help give the Packers' running game some life. Green Bay may rather target Pollard since he's more of a proven player, but Spears has done well in his career, too.

With the Titans struggling out of the gate this year, the team could be open for business around the trade deadline. Green Bay could look to bolster their running game by adding one of these guys.

Pollard has gotten off to a solid start for the Titans this season, rushing for 221 yards and one touchdown. Through the air, Pollard has caught eight passes for 24 yards and one touchdown.

The veteran has rushed for over 1,000 yards in each of hte past four seasons, and he could be just what Green Bay needs. The Packers may be willing to part with some draft picks to get this running game going strong.

Spears has rushed for 65 yards this season, being more of a depth piece for the Titans. But the former third-round draft pick has the talent to break out if used more, potentially by a team like the Packers.

If the Packers were to engage the Titans on either player, it could be beneficial for this group. With the goal being to win a title, Green Bay has to do something this year, especially since the status of Jacobs remains up in the air right now.
