The Los Angeles Rams have faced some big adversity, and now it's time to look at where they sit in the power rankings.

The Los Angeles Rams have fallen to 2-4 this season, and now the team has been hit with some devastating injuries to key players.

With a lot of adversity already, this might not be the season that the Rams will return to the Super Bowl. That is not guaranteed, and they may very well find a way to bounce back, but their injuries alone will have some big drawbacks.

Here is where Los Angeles sits in the national power rankings.

Yahoo! Sports - No. 15

Even with the current struggles that the Rams are having, Yahoo! Sports sees the team still sitting at No. 15. This is down from No. 10, but there appears to be some belief that the team can turn things around.

Running back Kyren Williams revealed some frustrations regarding his role, which were apparently taken out of context. Either way, things in Los Angeles are very shaky.

ESPN - No. 14

ESPN sees the Rams fall from No. 8 down to No. 14. Similar to Yahoo! Sports, the belief still remains that this team can find a way to win and climb out of its early-season struggles.

Head coach Sean McVay pointed to "critical errors" that the Rams continue to make and their inability to get out of their own way. Whether they find a way to do that, they will have to do so without th help of several key players.

NFL.com - No. 24

NFL.com's Nick Shook was far harsher on Los Angeles, as they have fallen 12 spots down to No. 24. With Davante Adams, Poon Ford, and Kobie Turner out for the season or out for multiple weeks, the chances of the team rebounding look a bit bleak.

McVay will need to find a way to get this team back to playing disciplined football before everything truly spirals out of control.

The Athletic - No. 19

The Athletic is similar to most of the other publications, showing a free fall for the Rams. They have fallen from No. 10 to No. 19.

Special teams being chaos is one thing, but the Williams conundrum and his usage have become an entirely new problem for this ailing team.

The Verdict

The Rams have been down before, which is why most of the power rankings still have them sitting in the middle of the pack. However, the rampant injuries will complicate things even more.

Los Angeles needs to find a way to stop the bleeding. If they can do so with a diminished roster, McVay will look like the head coach everyone believes him to be.
