The Baltimore Ravens have a few needs to address before the NFL trade deadline and these four players could make sense.
The Baltimore Ravens and general manager Eric DeCosta came into the 2026 NFL season with Super Bowl aspirations. Through seven games, they hold a 4-3 record.
Lamar Jackson has missed time due to a high-ankle sprain. He is set to make his return this week against the Buffalo Bills. That being said, the Ravens do have some clear holes that need to be filled if they want to win a championship.
Thankfully, the NFL trade deadline is coming up on November 10. If Baltimore wants to get aggressive, there are a few players around the league who could be perfect fits.
Let's dive in and take a look at four players who could make sense as trade targets for the Ravens.
4. Landon Dickerson, Guard, Philadelphia Eagles
Adding the offensive line could make sense for Baltimore. Recently, the Ravens made a trade with the Philadelphia Eagles that acquired center Cam Jurgens. Another deal between the two teams could make sense.
Dickerson is a proven veteran at guard. If Howie Roseman decides to continue selling, he would fix a big hole on the line in front of Jackson. At the very least, he's a name worth looking into for Baltimore.
3. Maxx Crosby, EDGE, Las Vegas Raiders
How wild would it be to see the Ravens revisit a trade with the Raiders for Maxx Crosby? In the offseason, Baltimore agreed to trade two first-round picks to Las Vegas for the star pass rusher. Simply agreeing to that same trade could be an option.
Whether or not Crosby would be happy being traded to the Ravens again would be the big question. If he was open to the idea, a duo of Crosby and Trey Hendrickson would take the Baltimore defense to the next level.
2. Riq Woolen, Cornerback, Philadelphia Eagles
There is another potential deal with the Eagles that could make sense. The Ravens could use some help in the secondary and Woolen has been rumored to be available.
After signing a one-year, $12 million contract in free agency with Philadelphia, Woolen has played in seven games this year. He has recorded 27 tackles, a forced fumble, and six defended passes. He has 230 tackles, two forced fumbles, four fumble recoveries, 12 interceptions, a defensive touchdown, and 59 defended passes in his 71-game career.
Depending on the price tag, Woolen would be a perfect trade target for Baltimore to improve its defense.
1. Josh Downs, Wide Receiver, Indianapolis Colts
Finally, there is a clear need for another wide receiver. The Ravens have been linked to multiple receivers in recent years. Making the move to acquire Downs would be a big win.
Downs has requested a trade away from the Colts after their decision to trade both Quenton Nelson and DeForest Buckner. It has been rumored that he could be had for a third-round draft pick.
Assuming that is the price tag, the Ravens should pounce on the opportunity. Downs has played in 54 games across four years in Indianapolis. He has caught 224 passes for 2,447 yards and 11 touchdowns.
