Notes and Surprises
One of the biggest surprises in terms of players being waived is Moore. He had a solid final preseason outing, picking up 54 yards and one touchdown.
Moore could be a strong practice squad option if he chooses to return to Baltimore in that role.
Ward is also a player who is a surprising cut, but reports have indicated that he will be added to the practice squad.
