Baltimore Ravens star running back Derrick Henry lands at No. 15 in the Top 100 list ahead of the 2026 season.

Baltimore Ravens running back Derrick Henry lands at No. 15 in the Top 100 list ahead of the 2026 season.

Despite the Ravens' underwhelming 2025 season, Henry's stellar individual campaign earned him the No. 15 spot in the league-wide player rankings. He has made the list for eight consecutive seasons, dating back to 2019.

At the ripe age of 32, Henry is above younger, proven players like Ja'Marr Chase, Jonathan Taylor, James Cook, De'Von Achane, and Saquon Barkley, to name a few on the list.

Henry showed no signs of slowing down in 2025, putting up strong numbers. For the third season in a row, Henry played in all 17 games, where he recorded 307 rushing attempts for 1,595 yards, 16 touchdowns (tying his total from 2024), and averaged over five yards per attempt (5.2) for the second season in a row.

The 32-year-old averaged 93.8 yards per game and had a total of 1,745 scrimmage yards in 2025. While those numbers were off the charts, he did not earn any awards.

Henry finished the season second in the league in rushing and rushing touchdowns. Still, that was not enough to get the Ravens into the playoffs, as they finished 8-9. The Ravens were a game away from hosting a playoff game, but they fell short to the Pittsburgh Steelers in the final game of the regular season.

Henry’s spot at No. 15 is a slight drop from his ranking entering the 2025 season. Last offseason, his peers ranked him No. 7 in the NFL Top 100 list.

Although the life of a running back is not long in the NFL, Henry continues to defy the odds. He’s proven to be an extreme outlier, with no signs of slowing down.

As Henry gets set to enter his third season with the Ravens, he is still among the top running backs in the NFL. His first two seasons in Baltimore have been spectacular; the veteran running back has racked up 632 rushing attempts for 3,516 yards, 32 touchdowns and averaged 5.6 yards per carry.

The All-Pro running back has also expressed a desire to finish his career in Baltimore, whenever that may be. Entering the 2026 season, Henry is under a two-year, $30 million contract.

Henry still has plenty left in the tank, and he has a legitimate opportunity to climb the Ravens' record books. He enters the season fourth in franchise history in rushing yards, just behind teammate and quarterback Lamar Jackson, who currently ranks second.
