Baltimore Ravens defensive tackle Nnamdi Madubuike and linebacker Teddye Buchanan are tracking to play in Week 3 per the team's initial injury report.

The Baltimore Ravens have dropped their initial injury report for their Week 3 matchup against the Dallas Cowboys. While the team could be without wide receiver Zay Flowers, they also received some big news about other players.

Per the initial injury report for Week 3, defensive tackle Nnamdi Madubuike and linebacker Teddye Buchanan are both tracking to play.

The full injury report is as follows:

As stated above, Madubuike and Buchanan are on the list and have practiced in full for the first time this regular season.

Madubuike has been working his way back from offseason neck surgery related to a season-ending neck injury that occurred early in 2025.

Buchanan tore his ACL in December 2025, and he has also been working his way back from said injury.

Despite both enduring season-ending injuries, the Ravens did not place either on IR (injured reserve) to start the season, as they were expected to be back within four games. That appears to be the case, as they are now tracking to play against the Cowboys in Brazil.

Additional Ravens Player Injury Updates

During media availability on Wednesday, Minter stated that there were several players who are "day-to-day." He did not state which of those players have been given that designation

Among the most concerning on the list are the aforementioned Flowers. Flowers missed practice, but Minter pointed to him as being one of the players who are day-to-day.

Additionally, outside linebacker Trey Hendrickson and tackle Ronnie Stanley did not practice due to their injuries.

Hendrickson broke his finger in several places but was able to take the field with a cast on in Week 2. Stanley had the toe injury before Week 2, but he also took the field.

Stanley was pulled in the third quarter due to the toe, and he was replaced by backup Carson Vinson. Should he not play, the team will lean on Vinson yet again.

Wide receiver Chris Moore, guard John Simpson, safety Malaki Starks, and outside linebacker Zion Young were all limited.

Being limited to start an injury report is not that serious, but if they all remain limited throughout the week, it could cast doubt on their ability to take the field in Brazil.

The Ravens missing any of these players would be a big hit as they are facing a strong opponent in the Cowboys.

After a 1-1 record due to stumbling against the New Orleans Saints, Baltimore will need to play at a high level to ensure they do not start the season with a 1-2 record.
