The Baltimore Ravens have officially ruled out wide receiver Devontez Walker, plus the full inactives list.

The Baltimore Ravens full inactive list has been revealed for the matchup against the Indianapolis Colts, and the fate of wide receiver Devontez Walker has been revealed.

Walker was hit with a groin injury earlier in the week and has been limited due to the injury. He is now officially out, as is fellow receiver Elijah Sarratt.

The full inactives list is as follows:

QB Joe Fagnano (emergency No. 3)

It was well known that Nnamdi Madubuike and Buchanan would be out, as Ravens head coach Jesse Minter had ruled the defensive tackle out. The good news is that Madubuike will be back "very soon," per the head coach.

Buchanan is also recovering from his torn ACL and should be back by Week 2 or Week 3.

Quarterbacks Joe Fagnano is the third-emergency quarterback, which was known as well.

The surprise on the inactive list is Sarratt being inactive. The rookie receiver was expected to be involved in some way, especially since Walker was ruled out due to his groin injury.

Instead, the Ravens will move forward with Zay Flowers, Rashod Bateman, Ja'Kobi Lane, and LaJohntay Wester.

Offensive lineman Emory Jones being made inactive over Andrew Vorhees is a bit surprising, but the Baltimore offense has the line set for the Colts matchup.

Cornerback Chandler Rivers was also surprising during preseason action, but the Ravens already have Marlon Humphrey, Nate Wiggins, Chidobe Awuzie, and T.J. Tampa to work with in the game.

This Week 1 matchup could be very tough for the Ravens, as they are facing a very formidable Colts team. However, the defense will get a little break with Indianapolis receiver Alec Pierce recovering from an injury of his own, and reports have indicated he will be used sparingly.

Despite that, the Colts have a strong team that includes quarterback Daniel Jones, running back Jonathan Taylor, tight end Tyler Warren, defensive tackle DeForest Buckner, and many more.

This will be the first game in the new Baltimore era under head coach Jesse Minter. Should the team win decisively, it could set the tone for the entire season.

Baltimore is looking to shake off the 2025 season, which saw the team go 8-9 and miss the playoffs for the first time since the 2021 season. This led to sweeping coaching changes, as longtime head coach John Harbaugh was fired.
