Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers was downgraded in the third and final injury report.

The Baltimore Ravens released their third and final injury report ahead of their Week 4 matchup with the Tennessee Titans, and there is one major concern.

Wide receiver Zay Flowers was downgraded from Thursday to Friday, and is now questionable for the matchup.

The full injury report is as follows:

Flowers started the week off limited, but was upgraded to a full participant on Thursday. Now, he has been downgraded to limited and is questionable for the game.

The receiver may have suffered another aggravation, but Ravens head coach Jesse Minter did not make mention of anything to that degree. What Minter did say is that left tackle Ronnie Stanley would be questionable.

Stanley was limited in the first two days of practice and missed Friday. If he cannot go, it will be backup Carson Vinson taking over yet again.

Fellow receiver Chris Moore is also questionable after being limited all week due to an ankle injury.

Centers Jovaughn Gwyn, Ethan Pocic, and outside linebacker Trey Hendrickson are confirmed out, as Minter spoke about earlier on Friday. Hendrickson underwent a procedure to fix his broken finger, but he should be back soon.

The good news is that tight end Mark Andrews (hand), cornerback Marlon Humphrey (hamstring), quarterback Lamar Jackson (back), guard John Simpson (groin), and tight end Durham Smythe (heel) were full participants and have no injury status for the game.

If Flowers cannot make the game, nor can Moore, the Ravens' offense would rely heavily on Rashod Bateman, Devontez Walker, LaJohntay Wester, and Elijah Sarratt.

There might also not be a concern, as Flowers was limited last week and still made his way into the game. He tested his hamstring in Brazil to ensure the field conditions did not put him in danger of hurting himself more.

Flowers may also do something similar on Sunday, which is to test his hamstring in a workout prior to the game to ensure he is healthy enough to take the field.

Baltimore cannot risk losing Flowers for longer than the Week 2 game that he missed, so his being healthy will matter a great deal.

Even with concerns about his hamstring still lingering, the Ravens receiver pulled in 84 yards on five receptions, plus a 20-yard run. His final catch of the night helped to set the team up to kick a last-second field goal that secured the victory.

Baltimore's offense is far more potent with Flowers on the field, but his hamstring potentially getting worse is also something the team cannot risk.
