The Seahawks have several draft needs, but which player could be seen as the franchise's ideal selection?

The Seattle Seahawks only have four draft picks to fill roster holes for general manager John Schneider, and that isn't ideal.

Of course, we have seen several scenarios in mock drafts where the Seahawks trade back and out of the first-round with a team like the New York Jets or Arizona Cardinals, who might be chasing a quarterback.

So, there is a lot to play out, and Seahawks will need to hit on their draft selections for Mike Macdonald.

Mock drafts have seen the Seahawks go in several directions with the 32nd overall pick, with pass rusher, corner, and running back all coming to Seattle.

Ultimately, how the draft board falls will be key to what the franchise does.

But what should the franchise do as it pertains to their first-round selection?

NFL.com's Adam Rank, in his latest mock draft, has given a selection for each team that he thinks they "should" make.

And when it comes to the Seahawks, he's gone with Notre Dame running back Jadarian Price.

"George Holani is solid as a depth piece, but with Kenneth Walker III gone and Zach Charbonnet recovering from a torn ACL, Seattle needs more juice in the backfield," Rank wrote. "The Seahawks could look to address the position later in the draft, but to me, getting Jadarian at No. 32 would be a reasonable -- wait for it -- Price to pay."

This is a selection that has been picking up steam over the past two weeks, so we take notice of trends like that.

With no Kenneth Walker and Zach Charbonnet dealing with an ACL injury, the Seahawks' options for Brian Fleury aren't exactly top-shelf.

Emanuel Wilson, George Holani, and Kenny McIntosh are the options, so getting someone who can come in and either be the starter or relief for Charbonnet is a good strategy.

Is taking Price in the first-round a little bit of a reach? Some think so, but as I stated before, this isn't the first time Price has been linked with the Seahawks.

Macdonald stated a lot of people are sleeping on his running back room, which tells me he thinks it is a lot better than what other people think.

Time will tell if he's correct.
