The Seahawks only have four picks in the NFL Draft, but what would constitute a dream scenario for Mike Macdonald's team?

How the Seattle Seahawks approach the NFL Draft will be an interesting watch, with Mike Macdonald's team needing reinforcements but only a select few picks to do so.

Granted, the Seahawks' roster could likely withstand the free agency losses and still be one of the better teams in football, but general manager John Schneider will look to add a couple of starters to the roster.

Given that the franchise has only four picks in the NFL Draft, who the Seahawks use those selections on will tell us a lot about how they feel about their roster.

While other teams have six, seven, and eight picks, the Seahawks will have to nail their draft hand to improve the roster ahead of the 2026 season.

So, with only a handful of selections, what would constitute a dream scenario for Seattle? Sports Illustrated's Gilberto Manzano has given it a go.

And he's got the Seahawks taking UCF defensive end Malachi Lawrence in the first round, and following that up with Notre Dame running back Jadarian Price in the later rounds.

"The Seahawks lost a handful of starters from their Super Bowl roster," Manzano wrote. "They can regain depth at edge rusher by selecting Lawrence, who could learn from defensive mastermind coach Mike Macdonald.

"Later in the draft, Seattle should go with Price to help fill the void of Kenneth Walker III, who signed with the Chiefs. Price is a thumper who can break tackles at a high rate. He played behind Love at Notre Dame, but showed plenty of upside in his limited opportunities."

Adding Lawrence, who posted a career high 11.0 tackles for loss last season, along with having 7.0 sacks and two forced fumbles in 12 games, gives the defense another high-motor edge rusher.

Able to take quarterbacks' souls for fun due to his vast array of pass rush moves, Lawrence, in Macdonald's scheme, could be quite a nice fit.

As for Price, he was Jeremiyah Love's backup at Notre Dame for the past couple of seasons, yet he was still productive, posting at least 650 rushing yards in each year, along with `11 TDs last season.

ESPN's Mel Kiper Jr. sees Price as a potential starter in the NFL, so he could give some much-needed juice to a running back room that is now without Kenneth Walker.

Is Lawrence and Price Seattle's dream draft scenario?
