The first half saw all of the good things Mike Macdonald would have wanted to see in Tennessee.

With Drew Lock getting the start for Seattle, the first half was a good showing from the backups. Lock started going 4-for-4 for 63 yards, which included an Elijah Arroyo touchdown.
The Seahawks were rolling.
But things went from good to even better on the Seahawks' second drive.
Jacardia Wright broke free for a 69-yard touchdown run to have the Seahawks in a groove, and Macdonald would have loved what he saw.
Lock would go 11-for-11 on his passes with his first incompletion coming with a little over nine minutes left in the second quarter as the offense, for the most part, looked good.
And for me, that was the biggest thing to takeaway from the game.
Yes, the second half with Jalen Milroe wasn't good viewing, but that first half was, and Seattle's backups, who were going against Titans starters, mind you, moved the ball at will.
Lock would finish his night going 12-of-14 for 103 yards and a touchdown. Arroyo managed two receptions for 50 yards and a touchdown.
Wright at running back would post 81 yards and a touchdown on eight carries to give the coaching staff something to think about in the running back room.
Montorie Foster Jr. again had a splash play, with one reception for 24 yards to build on his touchdown grab against the Dallas Cowboys, while Ricky White III (2 rec, 22 yards) also had some good moments.
For me, the biggest plus from the game was the offense in the first half.
The unit went 74 yards on 10 plays for a touchdown to open the game, and then came right back on their second drive, going 79 yards on six plays for a touchdown.
And the momentum kept coming, with a field goal on their third possession, before missing a field goal in the second quarter and having one punt to end the half.
That is a lot to be happy with, especially with this being the second game calling plays for Brian Fleury as well.
Yes, the second half was poor, but that first half showed us enough to think that Seattle's backups on offense are in good shape to help push a Super Bowl run in 2026.
