The Pittsburgh Steelers could have some trouble against the Browns in Week 4, according to history.

After taking down the Cincinnati Bengals in impressive fashion, the Pittsburgh Steelers have a quick turnaround this coming week.

Pittsburgh will be playing on Thursday Night Football against the rival Cleveland Browns, with both teams looking to move to 3-1 on the season. Cleveland is coming off a win over the Carolina Panthers, giving them two straight victories entering the game with the Steelers.

The Steelers are the favorites entering this game, but history may not be on the side of Pittsburgh in this contest. Since the 2019 season, Cleveland owns a record of 6-1 at home against their AFC North rivals, with three of those wins coming on Thursday Night Football.

In addition, the Steelers haven't won a normal road game on Thursday Night Football since the 2007 season, when they defeated the then-St. Louis Rams. The only Thursday Night Football road game that Pittsburgh has won since was on Thanksgiving in 2016, against the Indianapolis Colts.

Rodgers was able to do whatever he wanted against the Bengals, leading this team to a massive victory. But the defense was able to make the final play to secure the win, and now the Steelers get another tough test against the Browns.

These AFC North division games tend to be physical battles, no matter the scenario entering the contest. Both the Steelers and Browns want to make a statement in this game, with each one looking to grab the advantage over the other in the division race.

Kickoff for the game between the Steelers and Browns is set for 5:15 p.m. PT/8:15 p.m. ET from Huntington Bank Field in Cleveland. The game will be broadcast on Amazon Prime.
