Darren Sproles Joins the Texans as Coach

With OTAs now underway, here is a bit of news that most people did not see coming. According to ESPN’s DJ Bien-Aime, former Chargers, Saints and Eagles running back Darren Sproles will join the Texans’ coaching staff as a participant in the Bill Walsh Diversity Coaching Fellowship.

While Sproles never played for Houston, he was teammates with Texans’ coaching staff DeMeco Ryans in 2014-15.

Sproles should give Houston a fresh take to their running back room.
