Along with them, the Texans made kicker Ka'imi Fairbairn the highest paid kicker in the NFL and traded with the New Orleans Saints for punter Kai Kroeger.

It was a busy day for general manager Nick Caserio, as he finally made more investment in the offensive line and prioritized essential depth across all three phases of the team.
