Nashville fights to snap a dismal divisional losing streak by neutralizing Daniel Jones and exploiting a depleted Indy pass rush to spark a much-needed offensive resurgence.

It's been a long time since the Tennessee Titans have beaten the Indianapolis Colts.

The Titans' last win over the Colts was in the 2022 season. It's been even longer since the Titans last won against an AFC South opponent. The Titans carry an 11-game losing streak against divisional teams into Sunday's game.

At 0-5, there's not a lot of hope in the city of Nashville.

The injury report was full of names for the Titans, but most of it was precautionary. We're going to see Amani Hooker return from the concussion he sustained in the Baltimore Ravens game in Week 4.

Cor'Dale Flot (chest), John Franklin-Myers (rest), Marcus Harris (ankle), David Martin-Robinson (hamstring) and Tony Pollard didn't carry injury designations.

Cornerback Joshua Williams is making his 2026 regular-season debut for the Titans. He has been out since the preseason with a pectoral injury and was activated from the PUP list. Tyjae Spears was questionable with a knee injury but should play on Sunday.

The only players out for the Titans are Kevin Winston Jr. (quad) and Jordan Elliott (personal).

It won't be easy on the road, but here are three keys to a Titans win in Week 6:

Take Advantage of Depleted Colts Pass Rush

After former Titans edge rusher Arden Key was placed on injured reserve, the Colts do not have a lot of great options at edge rusher.

The Colts' edge rushers are now a lot of unproven players in J.T. Tuimoloau, George Gumbs Jr., Caden Curry and Laiatu Latu. Among them, the Colts have one sack.

This should greatly benefit the Titans' offensive line, which has already been reliable this season.

If the Titans can give Cam Ward time, the offense should operate much more efficiently and allow them to extend drives.

Get After Daniel Jones

Football really is a simple game.

If you get after the quarterback, he will struggle. The Titans need to make sure to put pressure on Daniel Jones, especially since his receivers are dealing with a lot of injuries. With Alec Pierce on the IR, the Colts' top receivers are Josh Downs, an aging Keenan Allen and Laquon Treadwell.

Without their man weapon in Pierce, the Titans need to make sure they are getting home to Jones and not give him time to find other receivers.

Jones has struggled this season, throwing for 1,021 passing yards, three touchdowns and four interceptions. The Titans don't need him to rebound against them.

Contain Jonathan Taylor

This sounds pretty obvious, but this is more of a cause and effect.

If the Titans can keep the Colts from passing the ball effectively, the next step is to keep Jonathan Taylor under wraps. The Titans' run defense has been reliable so far.

Tennessee has allowed 114 rushing yards per game. The Titans kept Derrick Henry from doing too much damage, and that should be the focus with Taylor as well.

This Colts team isn't immune. They can be beaten. The Titans need to do themselves some favors to get the job done.
