The Wichita Falls Pro Rodeo brought a packed crowd with plenty of energy as the 2026 champions were crowned.
The 2026 Wichita Falls Pro Rodeo brought professional rodeo back to North Texas with a packed crowd, plenty of noise from the stands. This rodeo brings the energy, and the contestants sure put on a show once again. The rodeo gave fans a chance to watch some familiar names in professional rodeo.
For the contestants, Wichita Falls is a good Texas Circuit rodeo to hit during the August stretch. Young rookies showed up for the win, as well as some veterans in the game.

Lloyd just graduated high school and started his collegiate career at Tarleton State University. Meanwhile, he has been competing against the best of the best at the pro rodeos too. This year, Kash made it back to the finals at The Daddy of Em All in Cheyenne, Wyoming, where he was 90 points for 4th. He is currently sitting 6th in the Texas Circuit standings too. In Wichita Falls, Lloyd was 86 points on Hi Lo ProRodeo's Batman for the win.
In the steer wrestling, no one was better than Cade Staton, who was 3.8 seconds. Cade is also a Texas Circuit cowboy. He is sitting 15th in the standings and needs a late-season push to make the circuit finals this year.
Devon Johnson and Zane Pratt were 4.2 to win the team roping. Devon calls Red Oak, Texas home while Pratt resides in Acton, California.
There was a tie at the top with 83 points in the saddle bronc for Ethan Cart on Hi Lo ProRodeo's Brass Monkey and Will Pollock on Hi Lo ProRodeo's First Class. Pollock is in the number 2 spot, and Cart is sitting 7th in the Texas Circuit Standings. Both of these cowboys got a good chunk of money out of Wichita Falls to help their circuit finals this year.
The breakaway roping was fast, as usual, with Madalyn Richards at the top with a 2.0-second run. The tie-down roping also got wicked fast. Cash Enderli was a 6.9 to win the rodeo by over a second. Coming in second place was John Douch with a score of an 8.0.
The barrel racing also had some thin margins. Coming out the champ was Hico, Texas cowgirl Ilyssa Riley with 14.80. Not far behind was the lady leading those Texas circuit standings, Morgan Addison with a 14.82.
All of these Texas Circuit contestants are battling for a top 12 spot for the circuit finals. With less than a month from the season being over, every dollar matters now more than ever.
