It has been reported that Real Madrid will hold talks with Michael Olise after the World Cup before submitting their huge offer.
The World Cup has not stopped clubs from being active in the transfer market - least of all Bayern Munich. The Bavarian club have signed Ismael Saibari and Nathaniel Brown while selling goalkeeper Alexander Nubel, who was not part of Vincent Kompany's project.
More transfers into the club have been rumoured. French journalist Fabrice Hawkins has claimed that Real Madrid will hold talks with Michael Olise after the World Cup.
Bayern Munich have remained firm with their position that Michael Olise is not for sale. His performances at the World Cup have drawn admirers but the only team that seems to be in a position to negotiate is Real Madrid.
Real Madrid's insistence comes from president Florentino Perez. The club already made an offer for Olise as part of Perez's reelection campaign earlier in the summer, which was rejected by Bayern.

Under Kompany's direction Olise was able to have a dream season in 2025/2026. He paved the way for Bayern Munich to compete with the best teams in Europe and I hope this will continue for many more years.
I think Michael Olise has the talent to be the next Ballon d'Or winner and I think he can achieve it competing at Bayern Munich. I reckon the bench at Real Madrid is full of egos that will generate great conflicts. Just look at the player revolt during Xabi Alonso's reign last season.
