Barcelona’s pursuit of Borussia Dortmund forward Karim Adeyemi appears to be gathering momentum.

Fresh reports suggested the Spanish champions have submitted an opening offer of around €20 million for the German international.
Sky Sport Germany (Sky Sport DE), claims negotiations are progressing, although a significant gap remains between the two clubs’ valuation of the player.
Dortmund Value Adeyemi Higher Price
According to reports, Dortmund are unlikely to accept Barcelona’s initial proposal. The Bundesliga club is believed to value Adeyemi at closer to €40 million, despite the fact that the 24-year-old has just one year remaining on his current contract.
Borussia Dortmund consider €33 million roughly the fee they paid RB Salzburg to sign the pacey attacker in 2022, as the minimum acceptable figure, with additional performance-related bonuses and a sell-on clause potentially forming part of any final agreement.
