Could the DFB-Pokal be RB Leipzig's best chance of winning a trophy this season?

After the difficult defeats against Bayern and Real Madrid, Leipzig have responded with two consecutive victories, including a hard-fought 2-1 win over Rot-Weiss Essen to reach the DFB-Pokal round of 16.

The Bundesliga and Champions League remain difficult, maybe impossible, but the Pokal offers a different opportunity. Leipzig have already shown in previous seasons that they know how to win this competition.

Of course, there's still plenty of work ahead for Martín Demichelis, particularly when it comes to consistency. But a good cup run could make a real difference to how we look back on this season.

Do you think RB Leipzig can go all the way in the DFB-Pokal this year?
