Azzedine Ounahi To PSV?

PSV Eindhoven have reportedly moved ahead in the race for Azzedine Ounahi, with Girona now negotiating with the Dutch champions after receiving a formal offer for the Moroccan midfielder.

PSV have taken a concrete step towards signing Azzedine Ounahi, with negotiations now underway between the Eindhoven club and Girona, according to an exclusive report from Mundo Deportivo.

PSV's proposal does not reach Ounahi's €25 million release clause. However, there is optimism at Girona that an agreement could still be reached for a substantial fee, particularly given the midfielder's profile and the attention he attracted during the World Cup.

Mundo Deportivo reports that PSV's offer has been on the table for several hours and that the Dutch side is now the clear frontrunner amidst other European clubs.
