Which PSV Players Could Feature in Friday’s International Action

Several PSV players could be in action on Friday as the international programme continues, while club icon Mark van Bommel prepares for his first match as Belgium's head coach.

The standout fixture sees Belgium face Italy, with Van Bommel taking charge of the Red Devils for the first time since his appointment. The Maasbracht-born former PSV midfielder will face the four-time world champions and two-time European champions in a major opening test.

Elsewhere, Esmir Bajraktarevic could feature when Bosnia-Herzegovina take on Poland. The PSV winger was the hero for Bosnia six months ago, scoring the decisive penalty against Italy to help his country qualify for the World Cup.

At PSV, however, Bajraktarevic currently faces competition from Ivan Perisic and Ruben van Bommel for playing time.

Dennis Man is another PSV player involved on Friday, with Romania facing Sweden in the Nations League.

Mauro Junior, the PSV captain, made his long-awaited Brazil debut as the Seleção faced Australia in Townsville. The friendly ended 1-1.

Carlo Ancelotti selected Mauro for the current international window, and he is determined to make the most of his opportunity with Brazil.
