Former Bayern Munich president Uli Hoeness has assured that Michael Olise is not for sale, in response to Real Madrid's interest.

Florentino Perez, the current president of Real Madrid, called for elections for the club's presidency, and while they are waiting to see if he will be re-elected, he also made it clear who his star signing would be if he wins.

The summer transfer window is just around the corner, and Florentino, along with the other candidate for the presidency, Enrique Riquelme, presented the stars they will bring to the club depending on who wins.

As for Riquelme, the Spanish businessman assured that if he wins, he will try to bring two stars from Manchester City, midfielder Rodrigo Hernandez and forward Erling Haaland, in addition to former German coach Jurgen Klopp.

For his part, Florentino Perez went further, as in recent days he gave clues about who his star signing would be, assuring that it would be a signing of the caliber of Cristiano Ronaldo or Kaka.

In short, as reported by journalist Fabrizio Romano, the president has said that the new signing could be a midfielder or forward, a 'Galactico' for whom they will make an offer of €150M.

Florentino also said that he would not be a Premier League player, but this is where things get somewhat confusing. The name of Michael Olise, a winger for Bayern Munich, came up because everyone claimed that it was him, but the president came out to deny the rumors.

"The €150M bid will NOT be for Michael Olise. Great player, but it's not him."

Florentino Perez.

However, Romano confirmed on Friday that, despite the 79-year-old Spaniard denying it, Real Madrid will indeed go after Olise, as that is the offer the president talks so much about.

Many believe that Florentino denies it to mislead the media and not reveal it, but everything points to it being the British winger.

If this signing were to materialize, it would become the most expensive signing in Real Madrid's history, totally mind-blowing, since Olise is being highly valued, especially after his good performance this season with the German club.

But not everyone is happy with the rumors. Real Madrid's next coach, Jose Mourinho, was seen attending the DFB Pokal final in May, where Bayern played Stuttgart, which caught attention.

According to FOX Sports, this is why Sky Sports Germany asked the former president of Bayern, Uli Hoeness, what he thought about the rumors of the white team since Mourinho was in the stands, to which he answered quite bluntly that he is not for sale.

"I hope not to see him. He can put five eyes on Olise, but he won't get him. He is not for sale."

Uli Hoeness.

Obviously, the coach's appearance raised even more suspicion that the rumors are true, but taking into account Hoeness' statements, things get a bit tight for Real Madrid.

Bayern Munich has an unwritten rule, in place since 2009, that the best thing is not to sell any player they might miss on the field, according to Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, a member of the club's executive board.

Rummenigge also addressed the matter of the player, assuring that this rule remains in effect and applies with much greater weight to players like Michael.

But for a club as big as Real Madrid, nothing seems impossible, and since it is a renowned club that many players would dream of being with, we will first have to wait and see if Florentino wins the elections next Sunday.
