As this extended international break begins to finally draw to a close, here is a round up on how every Real Madrid players in action on Sunday managed to get on, individually and collectively.

On the second and final Sunday of this long international break, there was action for a number of Real Madrid players representing their nations. Let's take a look at how they managed to get on.

There was UEFA Nations League action for right-back Denzel Dumfries and his Netherlands side, as they hosted Serbia for their fourth and final game of this international window. The 30-year old was named in the starting XI by recently appointed manager Xavi.

They would go onto win the game 2-1, making it eight points from their four games in this window, with Dumfries playing the full 90 minutes. Over this break, he started all four games, and now will return to the club ahead of Saturday night.

Meanwhile, Bernardo Silva's Portugal hosted Norway for their fourth and final game of this break, for their first game on home soil since the fiasco with Real Madrid modern day legend, Cristiano Ronaldo.

For this one, Silva was named amongst the subs by manager Jorge Jesus. It proved to be another successful game for the 2016 Euros winners, as they defeated Norway 2-1 to make it maximum points from their four games, already confirming their spot in the quarter-finals, and more or less (though not 100% official) as group winners, meaning they are set to play a runner up from another group in the quarters, with the second leg at home.

As for Silva, he came on in the 86th minute for PSG midfielder Vitinha. Over this international window, the 32-year old played just 10 minutes across two cameos, being an unused sub in the other two games, so he returns to Madrid fully fresh for the game with Villarreal. That certainly cannot be a bad thing.

Meanwhile, in international friendlies, Brahim Diaz played the final 25 minutes of Morocco's 1-1 draw at home to Mali. A reminder that they won both of their AFCON qualifiers earlier in the break. His international break is also now over, and he will return back to Real Madrid City ahead of Saturday.

To round things off, for those who may be interested, loanee Franco Mastantuono scored off the bench for Argentina in their 7-0 win over Burkina Faso. He has one more remaining game this break, Lionel Messi's final game for Argentina against Benin on Wednesday morning at 01:00 CEST. No doubt that will be a memorable occasion for all involved.
