With the March international break now over, let's take a look at the fortunes or otherwise of the PSG players representing their nations across the globe
After the final games on Tuesday were played, the March international break concluded.
So, let's take a look at how PSG players got on over the last couple of days, as well as a recap of the last ten or so days in general.
Let's begin with the skipper, Marquinhos, who recovered from a knock in training that had caused him to miss Brazil's friendly clash, as he captained the Selecao against Croatia on Tuesday night.
He managed to get through the 90 minutes unscathed, as Brazil ran out 3-1 winners and, by all accounts, put in a very solid performance. No fresh injury either.
Elsewhere in the States, Vitinha and Goncalo Ramos started for Portugal as they defeated the USMNT 2-0, playing 45 and 61 minutes respectively. Nuno Mendes came on at half-time, whilst Joao Neves was an unused sub. No injuries to report.
Earlier in the day, Ibrahim Mbaye was in action for Senegal. Having been named on the bench, the PSG forward came on at halftime, and within two minutes, he had found the back of the net.
That makes it a goal and an assist in around 122 minutes of action for the 18-year-old over this international break, and no injury either. Pretty fruitful week.
Meanwhile, Kang-in Lee started for South Korea as they lost 1-0 away to Austria in their friendly. The full 90 minutes will have done him good ahead of the business end of the season. No injury to report.
Achraf Hakimi played 66 minutes for Morocco as they defeated South American side Paraguay in a game between two sides who will be at the World Cup. The PSG defender and captain of his national team registered two assists in the 2-1 victory. No injury.
Over in Eindhoven, Willian Pacho played the 90 minutes for Ecuador as they drew 1-1 with the Netherlands. The 24-year-old unfortunately scored an own goal after three minutes, but put in a solid performance afterward. No injury.
In Valencia, Ilya Zabarnyi captained Ukraine in their 1-0 friendly win over Albania, playing the full 90 minutes. Again, no injury here.
At the youth level, Dro Fernandez played 45 minutes for Spain U19S in a 2-0 win over Bulgaria. No injury.
To finish off, Matvey Safonov played 67 minutes for Russia as they defeated Nicaragua 3-1. He made an error leading to the goal conceded, but no injury to report.
So, that's that. The break is over, and PSG players will return to Paris ahead of the game with Toulouse on Friday. The only injury over the break was for Marquinhos, who recovered and played Brazil's second game. Good stuff.
