Upon the completion of the third day of the March international break, we take a look at the fortunes and misfortunes of PSG's stars around the globe.

Saturday, the 28th of March saw the third day of action during this March international break get underway, which included plenty of action for PSG stars in action all across the globe.

So, how did they get on? Let's take a detailed look at their fortunes or otherwise.

To begin with, Ibrahim Mbaye started for Senegal in their first game since their AFCON title was controversially stripped away. He started on the right hand side of a front three, alongside Bayern Munich's Nicolas Jackson, and Crystal Palace's Ismaila Sarr.

With just under five minutes until the half time interval, Mbaye showed superb speed to motor down the right hand side, before keeping his composure and squaring the ball for Jackson to make it 1-0.

Senegal would add a second after the break and won the game 2-0. As for PSG's number 49, he was subbed after around 67 minutes after another good performance with the aforementioned assist and 5/6 completed dribbles. They will face fellow African side Gambia on Tuesday in their final game before the break.

There was much less fortune for Kang-in Lee, who played 32 minutes as a second half substitute for South Korea, as they were thrashed 4-0 by Ivory Coast over in Milton Keynes, England. Although it is good when the regular PSG starters get rest over the break, it's always useful when the subs get more game time. 32 minutes isn't ideal.

Nevertheless, there is one more game for the 25-year old to get game time, as South Korea take on Austria away from home on Tuesday evening in their final game of the break.

Finally, there was plenty of PSG representation as Portugal faced off with Mexico over on the other side of the pond as part of their preparation for the World Cup this summer.

The starting XI saw Goncalo Ramos lead the line in the absence of Cristiano Ronaldo, which goes back to the previous point of the PSG substitutes getting game time for their sharpness over this break. Nuno Mendes was also starting at left-back/ Vitinha and Joao Neves were named on the bench.

Truth be told, not a lot happened in this one, and the game finished with a drab 0-0. Ramos was taken off after 64 minutes following a disappointing performance, missing a big chance when set up by Bruno Fernandes.

As for Vitinha and Neves, they were both introduced at the half time interval by manager Roberto Martinez, whilst Mendes was taken off at the same time, having won just 1/7 ground duels during the first half.

In their final game of this international window, Portugal will play USA on Tuesday night, less than 72 hours before PSG host Toulouse in a crucial Ligue 1 game. Grounds to postpone?
