But the Spaniard already has a few favourites, and Doue is one of them. The former Stade Rennais player has gradually earned his place after a complicated start. A recent starter, the French international still has plenty of room to grow. PSG know it and wants to bet on him for years to come.
According to the latest information from La Source Parisienne, Paris Saint-Germain are actively working on an extension for Doue, whose contract expires in June 2029. The European champions want to offer him a new two-year deal, which would tie him to PSG until 2031. All the signals are said to be green for an agreement to be reached between the various parties.
Also, PSG are reportedly negotiating with two Doue brothers in recent hours, as Sacha Tavolieri indicates that the residents of the Parc des Princes also want to try their luck at recruiting Guela Doue in the final days of this summer transfer window.
While waiting to find out whether his brother will join him soon at Paris Saint-Germain, Desire will be eager to prepare well for the trip to Lille this Friday evening in Ligue 1. The Parisian club couldn't have done better than a 2-2 draw at Rennes a few days ago, and Luis Enrique expects a strong reaction from his men in the north of France.
In other news, Fenerbahce are reportedly interested in Lucas Beraldo. The Brazilian defender is on the Turkish club's shortlist, but Paris is unlikely to sell.
According to Turkish outlet AKŞAM, the Brazilian defender is on Fenerbahçe's shortlist, and the club would like to sign him in the coming days. Still under contract with Paris until June 2028, Beraldo will not be sold off cheaply.
Especially since manager Luis Enrique thinks highly of him and now intends to use him fully in the midfield. The Brazilian’s recent performances have been particularly convincing, and he even showed a lot of character in the last Champions League final against Arsenal.
Barring a twist, the Turkish approach for Beraldo should therefore be refused by the European champions, except for a record offer, of course.
