Barcelona starlet Dro Fernandez hints at PSG move, following future teammates and coach Luis Enrique on Instagram.
While his transfer to Paris Saint-Germain is still not finalized, Barcelona's young attacking midfielder Dro Fernandez has started following Parisian players... on Instagram.
Announced as close to being completed a little over a week ago, the transfer of Dro Fernandez to PSG is still not finalized, as the payment of the player's release clause, and especially the associated taxes, are slowing the arrival of Barcelona's young attacking midfielder.
The two clubs find themselves negotiating a transfer, which always takes longer, even though relations between PSG and FC Barcelona have normalized.
Barcelona's Dro Fernandez Follows Future PSG Teammates On Instagram
While Dro Fernandez is no longer training with the Catalan first team, he is familiarizing himself with PSG in his own way. As fans of the Blaugrana club have been able to observe, the talented attacking midfielder has drawn closer to the PSG locker room in his own fashion.
On Instagram, he suddenly started following several Parisian players: Fabian Ruiz, Ousmane Dembele, Bradley Barcola, as well as Desire Doue and Lucas Hernandez. But also his future coach, Luis Enrique, with whom he spoke at Christmas and who convinced him to come.
If this sudden desire to follow most of PSG's important players seems to point toward a quick conclusion of the young player's transfer, it mainly confirms that the 18-year-old attacking midfielder has indeed chosen to continue his career in Paris and, presumably, nowhere else. All that remains now is to await the expected official announcement of this move.
