AFCON sensation Christ Inao Oulaï reveals his clear dream: PSG, not the Premier League. He praises Ligue 1 and eyes a move to Paris.

Interviewed during an AFCON 2025, where he is one of the great revelations, young Ivorian midfielder Christ Inao Oulaï, 19, did not hide his attraction to Paris Saint-Germain, more than to the Premier League.

PSG has two players currently at the Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco, with Achraf Hakimi and Ibrahim Mbaye, but a third would like to join them under the Parisian colors: young Ivorian midfielder Christ Inao Oulaï.

Aged 19, the player who has been at Trabzonspor (Turkish 1st division) since last summer is one of the revelations of the competition with the Ivory Coast, having become a starter in midfield despite joining the national team during the November break.

AFCON Starlet Inao Oulaï Eyes PSG Move, Dismisses Premier League Interest

Speaking to Bideew Sports, Inao Oulaï was very clear when asked which club he dreams of today: "PSG. I like it. This new PSG plays really well."

A logical name given the European champion status of the Parisians and the prominent role given to young players in the Parisian project.

And even Ligue 1 is not an obstacle in his eyes: "Some people find it strange, but I really like Ligue 1. I am not attracted to the Premier League. I like Ligue 1!"

While he has never attended the famous League of Talents, Inao Oulaï is familiar with France, having played in Ligue 2 last season for SC Bastia. Recognized at the lower level, no Ligue 1 club wanted to invest in the former Guillou academy player, and it was Trabzonspor who sensed a good deal, spending nearly 6 million euros.

Now a regular starter in Turkey and also with the Ivory Coast, the stock of the 1.73m young midfielder has risen sharply. It remains to be seen whether he is considered strong enough by the Parisian management to join the project.
