AFC Bournemouth midfielder Tyler Adams has earned a place in the United States squad for the World Cup finals, which will be staged on home soil.
Adams is among five Premier League-based players included in Mauricio Pochettino’s 26-man selection for the tournament.
Elsewhere, Justin Kluivert has been named in the Netherlands squad for the World Cup. The forward recently returned from a lengthy spell on the sidelines through injury and has gradually been reintegrated into the side.
Although he remained an unused substitute in the win over Fulham, Kluivert featured from the bench against Manchester City as Bournemouth secured European qualification, before making another appearance on the final day at Nottingham Forest.
