It looks like Celtic are readying a move to sign the Scottish Premiership's best player.
Celtic will need to strengthen their ranks further in this summer transfer window. They have already signed a couple of forwards so far.
Camilo Duran has arrived from Qarabag. He looked excellent in pre-season, scoring three goals in as many games. But he looked out of sorts on the right flank in the opening game against Dundee FC.
On the other hand, Kasper Hogh's wayward finishing and wasting of chances in his debut has left the fans worried already, even though it is far too early to make any judgements.
On the flanks, they had made a failed bid for Fares Ghedjemis. It is now believed that it would need a transfer fee in the region of £13-17 million to sign the winger. Instead of paying that kind of money based on his Serie B success, the Hoops seem to have turned their attention towards Haissem Hassan, who is set to available for a much lower figure.
At the same time, it also looks like Celtic have set their sights on another forward and are exploring a move for him.

According to Pete O'Rourke, Celtic are ready to step up their interest in Hearts' Claudio Braga as they explore a move before the close of the window.
They are not alone in this pursuit. Several sides from overseas are also weighing up moves for Braga.
Braga was named the Premiership's Player of the Year for his displays in his debut campaign for Hearts.
That being said, does it make sense for Celtic to go out and sign another forward at this point in time? Is it a sign that they might already be regretting some of their investments made this summer? That feels unlikely.
Celtic moving for Braga would be a surprise
There is no doubt that someone like Braga has the potential to be an excellent signing for Celtic. He has proven his quality in Scotland already.
That being said, if the club do sign him, what would it mean for Hogh and Duran? The latter has already looked somewhat ineffective on the right.
Also, since Celtic are already pursuing a winger in Hassan, and have also been tipped to make another winger signing after that, it is unlikely that Martin O'Neill is planning to play with two strikers up top.
So, if you ask me, it would be surprising if Celtic did end up making a serious move to try and sign Braga. But never say never in football.
