The Rangers man will join his new national side after facing Celtic in the Scottish Premiership this Sunday.
Early in the season, Rangers were dealt a heavy blow with injuries to Youssef Chermiti and Lawrence Shankland, leaving manager Derek McInnes to fill a massive void upfront.
This provided Ryan Naderi with the perfect opening into McInnes' starting lineup, which the 23-year-old has seemingly welcomed with open arms.
Naderi has now scored a total of three goals and provided three assists in all competitions for Gers, while playing a crucial role in their last three victories over Motherwell, St Mirren and Celtic.
Owing to his brilliant start to the campaign, the center-forward is now hopeful of a first international call-up.
This is where things get interesting for Naderi, as he had the option to fight for a place in the squads of three European nations, and it seems the in-form Rangers man has made his decision.
As reported by the Daily Record, Naderi, who was born in the German city of Dresden, has chosen to represent his mother's nation, the Czech Republic, over his father's country of origin, Bulgaria.
The 23-year-old forward is expected to feature in Czechia national team manager Santi Denia's final squad for the extended international break starting at the end of this month.
If Naderi makes it to the final list, he will be in contention to feature against the likes of Spain, Croatia, and England in four group stage fixtures of the Nations League, where the Czechs will take on the Three Lions twice during the upcoming international break.
Certainly a great opportunity for the Rangers forward to learn from as he looks forward to his first international call-up.
Apart from Naderi, another of the Light Blues' recent recruits, Kim Min-su, was also handed his first national team call-up following a series of convincing displays for the Gers since the start of this campaign.
The Light Blues paid around €16 million for the two attacking players over the last two transfer windows. Both Kim and Naderi have settled quickly at Ibrox as they prepare for the new challenge.
Although the recent double national team features will give the club management a great deal of pride in their recent recruitments, the fear of further injury problems will certainly be on the minds of McInnes and his staff.
Hopefully both Kim and Naderi will be able to report back to the Gers fully fit and ready to star for their club, along with the other players who will be on national duty during the upcoming international break.
