Xander Zayas and Jaron "Boots" Ennis both make weight ahead of their much anticipated showdown at the Barclay's Center in downtown Brooklyn on Saturday Night

Everything is officially in place for Saturday night's blockbuster junior middleweight unification clash after undefeated champions Xander Zayas and Jaron "Boots" Ennis successfully made weight ahead of their highly anticipated main event at Barclays Center in Brooklyn.

Zayas tipped the scales at 153.8 pounds, while challenger Ennis came in at 153 pounds, comfortably under the 154-pound limit for the WBO and WBA super welterweight championship fight.

The unbeaten rivals enter the contest with a combined record of 58-0, setting the stage for one of boxing's biggest fights of the year.

Zayas, who will defend both world titles, appeared relaxed and confident following Friday's weigh-in.

"I feel amazing. I'm happy, I'm good, having fun…that's all that matters," Zayas said.

The 23-year-old Puerto Rican believes many are overlooking what he has already accomplished despite entering the biggest fight of his career.

"I will show tomorrow night why the 23-year-old inside me is a unified champion. There's a reason for this – I have two belts and I earned them. I'll keep them tomorrow night."

Zayas also promised fans that Saturday's performance will showcase new wrinkles in his game.

"I'm going to put on the best show of my life. I'll show what I've been working on, it's a new version of me, and something people haven't seen yet. I'm excited."

Across the stage, Ennis looked equally composed after weighing in one pound lighter than the champion.

"It's that time. I feel great and we're going to put on a beautiful show," said Ennis, who is attempting to become a unified world champion in a second weight division after previously reigning at welterweight.

Rather than predicting an early knockout, "Boots" emphasized discipline and patience as the keys to victory.

"Listen to my team. The knockout will come. Be patient. Take my time, have fun, and be smart."

Ennis also hinted that Zayas may struggle to prepare for his versatility.

"Whatever he thinks – I have so many different styles. He doesn't know how I'm going to come, or what Boots to even prepare for. We'll see Saturday night."

Despite the expectation of a heavily pro-Puerto Rican crowd in Brooklyn, Ennis brushed aside any concern about the atmosphere.

"It doesn't matter to me. There could be 90% [Puerto Rican fans] in the arena, but at the end of the night they'll be rooting for me."

The co-feature also saw both fighters comfortably make weight. Rising contender Emiliano Vargas weighed 138.6 pounds, while Bryce Mills came in at 139 pounds for their clash for the WBC USA Silver, WBO Latino and NABF junior welterweight titles.

British standout Ben Whittaker registered 174.4 pounds for his U.S. debut against Richard Rivera, who weighed 173.8 pounds for their WBC Silver light heavyweight bout.

In another title fight, Jahi Tucker weighed 159.8 pounds, while Euri Cendeno came in at 158.8 pounds ahead of their middleweight showdown.

With every featured fighter making weight without issue, the stage is set for an action-packed night in Brooklyn. The undefeated showdown between Zayas and Ennis headlines one of the strongest cards of the summer, with championship belts, unbeaten records and divisional supremacy all on the line.
