Massive blow for an AL Central rival

Detroit Tigers left-handed pitcher Tarik Skubal will undergo surgery on his left elbow that will sideline him for two to three months. 

He may return before the end of the season, but it's a huge blow for Detroit as a potential contender in the AL Central. It's something to monitor if the White Sox keep playing good baseball and stay in the race.
