Should the White Sox wait for Kyle Teel to come back to send Edgar Quero down?

I put out this tweet last night, but I'm curious what the general consensus is among White Sox fans regarding Edgar Quero.
He's batting .154 with a .419 OPS. He doesn't do anything well. And quite frankly, he hurts the White Sox every time he steps on the diamond this year. We're now at the point where Quero is unplayable. And while it'll be an easy decision to send him down once Kyle Teel gets back, I wonder if the White Sox should even wait that long at this point.
Do you think Chicago should send him down now and call up someone like Korey Lee just for the sake of getting a new face on the team and giving Quero a reset?
