Meidroth x PCA x Bears

White Sox second baseman Chase Meidroth was at the Bears game on Thursday night, where he took pictures on the field with Cubs outfielder and NL MVP Pete Crow-Armstrong.

There's been a lot of talk about whether a White Sox player would join that friend group of young Chicago athletes. Maybe Meidroth is the young star who takes up that mantle.

He was the best second baseman in the American League in 2026 and could be on the cusp of establishing himself as one of the most recognizable athletes in Chicago.
