The Kings are back on the road and this time, aiming to snap a three-game skid. Here's where to watch the Cavs game plus betting preview.

The Sacramento Kings flipped from winning four in a row to losing three straight.

And all those seven contests came inside the Golden 1 Center.

Now the Kings hit the road for the first time since Jan. 9 -- but heading out east to take on the Cleveland Cavaliers.

NBC Sports California will have coverage of the game. Same with FanDuel Sports Network Ohio for the Cavs fans. NBA League Pass is one more outlet fans can turn to if their provider doesn't carry FanDuel or NBC Sports California.

Here now is Fernie Ruano with the betting preview:

Fortunately for Sacramento (12-33, 14th in the Western Conference), it’s been exactly two weeks to the day that Kings have played a game away from home.

Well, that’s about to change — starting tonight— as the road underdog Kings (+11.5, -110) visit the Cleveland Cavaliers (25-20, 6th in the Eastern Conference) on Friday night for a 7:30 p.m. (ET) tipoff.

The Kings, coming off a 122-109 loss to the Toronto Raptors of Wednesday night in which they failed to cover a 5-point spread as road underdogs, are +400 on the moneyline.

The over/under is 233.5 points (o, -110, u, -110), as per BetMGM Sportsbook.

Sacramento, looking to end a seven-game road losing streak, has dropped three straight games, and, quite frankly, looked out of sorts two nights ago, which is regularly the case when they don’t collectively shoot well, in shooting 27% from beyond the arc — 9-of-33 - and committing 16 turnovers that resulted in 25 points for the Raptors.

Russell Westbrook, averaging 15.6 points, 6.1 rebounds and 6.9 assists per game on the season, had 23 points for the Kings.

Furthermore, the Kings, who haven’t won a road game since defeating the Heat 127-111 in Miami on Dec. 6, are 4-6 in their last 10 games and 3-17 on the road this season.

Forward Keegan Murray (ankle) continues to be out, while center Domantas Sabonis (knee) is day-to-day for the shorthanded Kings.

The Cavaliers, a lukewarm 17-28 against the spread this season despite being guaranteed a postseason spot if the season were to end today, are 6-4 in their last 10 games and 14-11 at home.

Cleveland star Donovan Mitchell is averaging 28.9 points per game, along with 4.8 rebounds and 5.7 assists on the season.

Evan Mobley is averaging 16.3 points and 7.7 rebounds over his last 10 games

Oddly, the Kings, facing Cleveland for the first time this season, won the season series 2-0 vs. the Cavaliers last season.

The Kings, 4-6 in their last 10 games and playing their first of a six-game road trip, return to Golden 1 Center on Wednesday, February 4, when they host the Memphis Grizzlies.

DeMar DeRozan, the subject of plenty of trade talk in recent weeks, is averaging 20.0 points over his last 10 games —on 56.2 % shooting.

Max Strus (foot) and Darius Garland (foot) are out for the Cavs, with Sam Merrill (hand) listed as day-to-day.

Kings vs. Cavs betting analysis:

Boy, it’s been a while since the Kings ran into one on the road and that was against an average, at best, Heat team .. way back in early-December.

And to make matters worse, the Kings will likely be without Sabonis, giving the Cavs a clear edge down in the blocks.

Therefore, I would suggest you take your significant other to dinner tonight and bypass all betting action on Kings-Cavs.
