Steph Curry is happy to see the Warriors succeed, but he knows there's more work left to be done.
The 20 26–27 season got off to a rocky start for the Golden State Warriors after they dropped the first two games of the season, but after a successful 2-1 road trip, things are much calmer inside the Warriors clubhouse.
Scheduling didn’t make things easy on Golden State to start the regular season with tough games against the Los Angeles Lakers, Portland Trailblazers and Memphis Grizzlies to start, but after some shaky performances early on, a tough win against the Minnesota Timberwolves has instilled plenty of confidence in what these Warriors can do.
Standout performances from rookie forward Yaxel Lendeborg and star guard Steph Curry have helped out in that effort, but as a whole the Warriors look far more connected now than they did to start out the season.

Confidence and momentum go a long way in basketball, but can simultaneously shift to just as quickly.
For the Warriors to be able to generate momentum now bodes well for the kind of energy that they can continue to generate through the early stretch of the year. The team is finding it's chemistry, players across the roster are understanding their role and they look competitive for the first time this season.

No one is more aware of that than Curry. The Warriors star has found relief and comfort in the Warriors finally putting together some wins, but he's still aware of the flaws in their game, even in the games that they've won.

"There's a slight bit of relief, but there's an understanding that the Memphis game, the second half tonight... we know we can play better," Curry said (via Warriors). "There's bits and pieces, that we're really proud of... but we know we gave that game away in Memphis... We still have a lot of things to do."
Having an awareness of what has gone wrong and even more, what can continue to go right, is just as crucial as actually putting together winning basketball on the court. There is still a lot of good yet to come for the Warriors, but they need to stay diligent if they want all of that good to actually come to fruition.

The last few games have been a major step in the right direction for the Warriors, that much can't be denied. But there are plenty of games left, so to make the most of the momentum they've generated, the Warriors need to keep making those steps.
