The Georgia Bulldogs face their most significant challenge yet.

The Georgia Bulldogs head into Tuscaloosa on Saturday night for the biggest game of the season, a place where they have not had a whole lot of success over the last couple of decades.

Should the Dawgs be able to pull off a win, it would be their first win in Bryant-Denny Stadium since 2007 and their biggest regular season victory in years, and this is an Alabama team which seems to be hitting its stride at the same time as Georgia. This could be the matchup of the year, and if the Dawgs are going to win, there's a few things they will have to do.

Here are three keys to victory for Georgia to take down the Crimson Tide:

Make the Alabama Offense One Dimensional

In the last two regular season games, it's been huge first halves for the Tide followed up by second halves dominated by Georgia because Alabama could not put it away with the run game. While it's obvious the Tide run game has taken a step this year, they have not seen a defensive front like the Dawgs to this point, and making Keelon Russell throw the ball 40+ times could be the formula here.

Georgia like any defense is at its best when it knows what's coming, and limiting the Alabama running game and forcing it onto a young quarterback facing the biggest test of his career is the path to victory.

Run the Dang Ball Early and Often

Gunner Stockton has taken a clear step this season, but this offense is at its best when the offensive line and group of running backs are who is leading the charge in terms of moving the ball down the field. On a night where it may be wet and raining, being able to establish the run from the very first drive is a message that must be sent.

Getting the ground game going early is critical, and if they can do that, it would set the tone.

Win the Turnover Battle

This sounds obvious, but it has come back to bite Georgia the last several regular season games against this team. Avoiding the early mistake from Stockton or coughing the ball up is the most important thing, and rattling the young Russell into making an early mistake would be massive.

Alabama also showed some fumbling issues last week, so the Dawgs should be trying to rip the ball out on defense, and guarding it with their life on offense.
